BrightKing's SES08C15L04 Series of TVS arrays has been designed to provide unidirectional or bi-directional protection for sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD,lighting and other,voltage-induced transient events.Each device weill protect up to four(4)data or I/O lines.They are available with operating voltages of 3V,5V,12V,15V,24V&36V.The series meets the immunity requirements of IEC61000-Level 4(15kV air,8kV contact discharge)and HBM±30kV test 10 repetitions.
