BrightKing's SCS08C12L07 series has been designed to protect electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD.They are available with operating data and signal lines,such as RS232,IC ports,etc.The series features transient over-voltage protection for up to seven(7) lines using only one package and meets the immunity requirements of IEC61000-Level 4(15kV air,8kV contact discharge)and HBM ±30kV test 10 repetitions.
